This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all paid features and one-time processing credits (“Credits”) offered by GPT Scanner (“Company”). By purchasing or using a paid Credit, users (“Users”) agree to the terms below.


Article 1 (Nature of Paid Credits)

  1. Certain features of the Service require Users to purchase a one-time processing Credit, which grants the right to initiate a single automated task (e.g., document scanning, analysis, or transformation).
  2. Credits are delivered digitally and become associated with the User’s account immediately upon successful payment.
  3. Credits do not have monetary value, are non-transferable, and may expire as determined by the Company.
  4. Purchasing a Credit does not guarantee any specific result or outcome from the processing task.

Article 2 (Eligibility for Cancellation — Before Use Only)

  1. Users may request cancellation only if the Credit has not been used.

  2. A Credit is considered “used” once the User initiates any processing action, regardless of whether the task completes successfully.

  3. Once a Credit has been used, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.

  4. Instant-delivery digital services are generally not eligible for cancellation after execution, and the same applies to GPT Scanner Credits.

  5. Cancellation or refund requests must be made within fourteen (14) days from the original purchase date.

    Requests submitted after 14 days are not eligible for cancellation or refund, even if the Credit remains unused.


Article 3 (Non-Refundable Situations)

Refunds or cancellations are not permitted under the following circumstances:

  1. The Credit has already been used or processing has begun.
  2. The service outcome does not meet the User’s expectations (e.g., detection results, scoring variations, interpretation differences).
