These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between GPT Scanner Inc. (“Company”) and individuals or entities (“Users”) who access or use GPT Scanner, an AI-powered document scanning and analysis service (“Service”).
These Terms define the general conditions under which the Service is provided, including User rights, responsibilities, payment conditions, and operational rules.
GPT Scanner is designed as a single-use, on-demand AI analysis tool, which processes documents temporarily and does not store uploaded content after processing is complete.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
“Service”
Refers to the Company’s AI-based document scanning, analysis, and related processing functionalities, accessible via web or other digital interfaces.
The Service operates on a one-time processing model, meaning documents submitted for analysis are processed temporarily and deleted after results are generated.
“User”
Any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service, regardless of whether an account is created.
“Paid Service”
AI-powered features that require payment, such as enhanced scanning or analysis functions.
The Service may operate on a credit-based or single-use access model, where each paid unit grants the User one processing right.
“Credit” or “Usage Unit”
A usage entitlement purchased by the User.
One usage unit allows the User to perform one (1) AI processing request.
Credits are consumed immediately when the User executes a Paid Service.
“Document”
Any text, file, or content submitted by the User for processing.
GPT Scanner does not retain Documents after processing.
“Processed Output”
The AI-generated results produced by the Service after analyzing the User’s Document.
Output may include analytical summaries, detection reports, or other processed information depending on the tool used.
“Account”
A User-created profile used for accessing certain features. The Service may still permit one-time purchases without requiring an account.
“Payment”
A financial transaction made through supported payment processors to access Paid Services or to obtain usage units.
“Non-Refundable Usage”
Once a paid usage unit is consumed (i.e., after the User has executed a processing request), the purchase becomes non-refundable.
“Refund”
A reversal of a purchase that may be granted only if the usage unit has not been used.
Refunds for consumed units are not available.
“Supplementary Terms”
Additional policies, guidelines, or notices issued by the Company that apply to specific features. These Supplemental Terms carry the same legal effect as these Terms.
